Before 1999, Geetha Prathiban worked in a detective agency for several years where she was led by a male, Director-General. At that time there was a huge need for women detectives to solve women’s based cases because women’s are very comfortable sharing cases details with another woman, she got an opportunity to work as PRO in a detective agency for her MD. She acts as a mediator “sharing information between clients and detectives”. One day she had a spark and she asked herself, “Why can’t I do it?.” She strongly believed that she can be successful in this field, so she hardly worked for few more years to gain good experience in all verticals and to know in details about the ”do and don’ts” of the detective's field. After several years of working in an agency and she starts her own company “Alpha detectives Pvt Ltd” with the help of her previous company MD. She started this service initially in Chennai and later she expand business all over Tamil Nadu, other states in India and many countries too. Now she is providing services at international levels.
